Are you looking to grow your career in Marketing ? Do you want to join a dynamic team with a proven track record of internal growth and career advancement opportunities? We have an exciting permanent opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team, based in Southbank .

Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Create and adapt creative materials across a variety of mediums, including social, web, POS, and other brand touchpoints
- Deliver polished, high-quality, on-brand creative assets across multiple formats, in line with approved briefs, brand guidelines, and stakeholder requirements
- Edit and develop static, animated, and video social content as required
- Edit and develop motion and animated assets for digital and social campaigns where needed
- Apply brand guidelines and design standards to ensure consistency and quality across all outputs
- QA design files and creative assets for accuracy, consistency, and production readiness
- Prepare final artwork for print, digital, packaging, and other channels
- Manage assigned tasks and timelines effectively, using agreed workflows and tools such as Monday.com
- Take on feedback from Senior Designer, Creative Lead, and other stakeholders and apply revisions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members across Australia and New Zealand, as well as cross-functional stakeholders including Marketing, Sales, and Legal
- Maintain and organize brand assets within the Digital Asset Management system
- Build understanding of channel requirements, including retail environments, digital placements, and format-specific execution needs.
- Contribute to a fast-paced team environment by responding flexibly to changing priorities while maintaining quality and attention to detail
Perform assigned tasks in accordance with all Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources policies, programs and goals.

What you'll bring:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Strong layout, typography, hierarchy, and visual judgment, with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to interpret briefs, ask sensible clarifying questions, and understand how design supports a communication objective
- Ability to prepare files accurately for print and digital outputs, including file setup, dimensions, bleed, resolution, and export formats
- Understanding of brand systems and ability to apply brand guidelines consistently across formats
- Basic retouching, image selection, and asset handling capability
- Developing understanding of production requirements and format constraints
- Strong time management and ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
- Clear communication skills and ability to explain design choices when needed
- Openness to feedback and willingness to iterate in response to stakeholder input
- Working knowledge of motion, Figma, or AI-supported design tools would be advantageous
- Experience in a graphic design role in in-house studio or agency role
Experience designing across a mix of formats such as social, digital banners, print, POS, presentations, and packaging
