About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Senior Project Manager to join our Sydney team and play a key role in delivering complex and meaningful projects across the Aged Care and Retirement Living sector.
This is an excellent opportunity to advance your client-side career, working alongside a supportive and flexible team that values professional growth, initiative, and the delivery of exceptional project outcomes.
In this role, you will lead the delivery of projects that enhance communities and improve the lives of residents. Working closely with institutional and private sector clients, you will manage projects from inception through to completion, overseeing planning, design, procurement, and construction to ensure successful outcomes.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- 10+ years' experience in property project management, with exposure to Aged Care, Retirement Living, Residential, Housing, Health, or related sectors.
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Property, or a related discipline.
- Experience with project planning, including planning applications, procurement and management of consultants, and coordination of design.
- Practical on-site construction experience and a strong understanding of construction methodologies.
- Experience working in live operational environments, including stakeholder coordination to enable works.
- Proven client-side consultancy experience or a comparable project leadership background.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to work both independently and within multidisciplinary project teams.
