The Senior Project Manager provides project management experience to designated projects and assignments for a particular client account, property portfolio, or large facility/complex through interaction with the client, property or facility management team, and project management staff
Job Description
Applicants must be Australian Citizens and bring proven experience delivering projects within healthcare facilities or similarly regulated environments.
Strategic project leadership — Drive planning, budgeting, scheduling, and governance across multiple concurrent projects
Healthcare stakeholder management — Engage clinical teams, facility managers, contractors, and internal C&W service lines
Contractor & consultant oversight — Lead procurement, contract administration, performance management, and delivery quality
Risk, WHS & compliance — Ensure strict adherence to healthcare regulations, infection control protocols, and building codes
Financial & commercial control — Manage budgets, variations, cost reviews, and commercial impacts
Reporting & governance — Provide structured reporting across design, construction, and operational phases
You are an experienced project leader with the capability to operate confidently in complex, high‑risk environments. You bring:
Australian Citizenship (mandatory)
Healthcare project delivery experience (mandatory)
7+ years’ experience in project management within construction, engineering, or healthcare
Strong leadership capability with experience managing consultants and contractors
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and commercial acumen
Ability to manage risk, compliance, and operational constraints in live facilities
Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field
Experience delivering fit‑outs, refurbishments, building services upgrades, or capital works programs
