ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Graphic Designer at Cricket Australia, in this 6-month contract role, you'll play a key role in bringing our brand, campaigns and storytelling to life through impactful creative. Working within our in-house creative team, you'll develop high-quality visual assets across digital, social, web, print, events and marketing campaigns that engage cricket fans and participants across Australia.
This is a hands-on role where you'll lead projects from concept development through to final execution, collaborating with the Senior Graphic Designer, marketing team and a broad range of stakeholders to deliver compelling, on-brand creative solutions. You'll have the opportunity to work across some of Australia's most recognised sporting brands and major cricket events while contributing to creative excellence across the organisation.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
3+ years' experience in a Graphic Design, Visual Design or Creative Design role.
A strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence across digital, social, print and integrated marketing campaigns.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, with motion design experience in After Effects highly regarded.
Experience using Figma and working within contemporary creative and design workflows.
Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, layout, visual storytelling and brand application.
Demonstrated experience creating creative assets across a variety of channels.
Sound knowledge of both print and digital production processes, including artwork preparation and file management.
Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to navigate feedback and evolving creative briefs.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering polished, high-quality creative outcomes.
Experience using project management platforms such as Monday.com or similar workflow management tools.
