We are seeking a motivated professional, who will play a crucial role in the planning, management and execution of our events nationally.

Key responsibilities

Partnering with our senior leaders, end-to-end planning, coordination and delivery of high-profile corporate events, conferences, and company charity events nationally.
Manage event administration, ensuring all events are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and in line with safety and company standards.
Build strong relationships with Procare clients as well as internal stakeholders.
Stay ahead of trends to bring fresh ideas and innovation enhancing future events.
Manage Procare's social media postings collaborating with external marketing agency- including regular LinkedIn industry updates/observations.

What we are looking for:
Are you looking to develop a career in corporate event coordination and grow within a new and unique opportunity with a leading national business?

Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Commerce, but primarily your drive and passion matter most!
Employment History: Prior experience working in retail, hospitality or customer facing roles is highly desirable.
Passion for Events & Marketing: A genuine interest in creating memorable experiences and lasting customer partnerships.
Strong Organizational Skills: Thrive in managing multiple projects with attention to detail, even under pressure.
Proactive Communicator: Confident, solutions-focused, and ready to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
Flexibility: Willingness to work after-hours or travel interstate for events when needed.
