THE ROLE

The Business and Executive Support Officer provides high‑level administrative, coordination, reporting and project management support to the Director of the Acquisitions, Divestments and Development unit within the Housing Development Branch, acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The role suits an experienced, energetic professional who can manage correspondence, calendars, approvals and workflow, ensuring actions are completed within required timeframes in a dynamic, delivery‑focused environment.

ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

Effectively manage and co-ordinate processes, workflow, as well as prepare and track program delivery across teams, maintain corporate information systems for records management, financial information, and ministerial correspondence as required.
Coordinate and track Director emails, approvals, records management, working with confidential and sensitive information in a busy environment with multiple competing demands.
Provide administrative support including meeting and event organisation and other tasks as required by the Director and the Chief Development Officer team.
