About Ren Salon

Ren Salon is a premium hair extension and colour salon located in Paddington, Sydney. We are passionate about delivering exceptional results and creating a high-end, welcoming experience for every client who walks through our doors.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for the right person to become an important part of our salon and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

About the Role

This is not a traditional receptionist role.

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and confident Client Experience & Operations Coordinator who can take ownership of the client journey while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the salon.

You will be one of the first points of contact for our clients and will play an important role in ensuring the salon is organised, professional and running efficiently.

We're looking for someone who doesn't wait to be told every next step. You'll need to be comfortable taking initiative, solving problems, managing competing priorities and working independently in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing incoming enquiries via phone, email, Instagram and other social platforms

Responding to clients professionally and promptly

Managing and coordinating salon bookings through our booking system

Managing consultation bookings and following up with prospective clients

Following up quotes, enquiries and potential bookings

Supporting clients throughout their journey from initial enquiry through to their appointment

Handling client concerns and finding appropriate solutions

Supporting the salon owner and team with daily operational tasks

Helping keep the salon organised, professional and running smoothly

Managing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records

Assisting with systems, processes and operational improvements

Identifying areas that need attention and taking initiative to help resolve them

About You

We're looking for someone who is naturally organised and enjoys being the person who keeps everything together.

You will ideally be:

Highly organised and detail-oriented

Confident communicating with a wide range of clients

Warm, professional and personable

Comfortable working independently

Proactive and able to take initiative

Calm and capable when things get busy

A natural problem solver

Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once

Someone who genuinely cares about delivering an exceptional client experience

Experience

Experience in one or more of the following areas would be highly regarded:

Salon coordination or salon management

Reception or front-of-house roles

Customer service

Hospitality

Clinic or practice management

Administration or office management

Client relationship management

Booking and scheduling systems

Experience using Fresha or another booking/CRM system would be highly regarded, but is not essential.
