This position reports to the Head of Operations.
The role will be full-time, on-site at our Sydney Olympic Park Head Office.
The Team Leader’s duties include but are not limited to:
Supervise, mentor, and train Service Coordinators to support development
Manage rostering and scheduling to ensure all shifts are properly covered
Share flexible, rotating on-call duties with multiple leaders to handle urgent schedule updates
Build strong client relationships and promote a customer-focused culture
Collaborate with clients, families, and case managers to achieve care goals
Monitor funding usage to prevent under or over-expenditure
Ensure staff are qualified and trained for their assigned services
Handle complaints, oversee team tasks, and support continuous improvement
We are looking for a Team Leader who can demonstrate:
Aged Care or NDIS experience
Strong organisation and time management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Demonstrated team leadership experience
Excellent computer skills
Strong attention to detail
Previous experience with Alayacare is a plus
