Opportunity to join the Authority with your executive admin experience!

Temporary full-time role until 30 June 2028 (35 hrs/week)

Main office based in Parramatta/Sydney (open to locations in regional NSW), with flexible/hybrid working environment.

Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $102,936 - $113,579 + super

About the role

As the Executive Support Officer, you will be supporting the senior leadership of the Reconstruction Delivery team, through your strong administrative and project management skills. You will undertake the timely delivery of a range of business services including financial and human resource processes.

Prepare accurate and timely correspondence, reports and presentations in line with quality standards to meet client needs.

Balance a high level of customer service with competing demands including the timely coordination of responses to customer inquiries.

Manage small projects or related tasks and contribute to streamlining administrative and business processes, procedures and systems to support operational priorities.

Provide secretarial and administrative support for stakeholder meetings and committees including managing agenda papers, providing reports and liaising with external organisations to obtain or distribute data, and drafting correspondence.

Coordinate meetings, workshops and conferences including catering, room and equipment setup, distributing material, liaising with speakers and attendees, and clean up.

Manage the Executive Director/Director’s diaries as required, to ensure the rescheduling appointments and conflicting demands are resolved.

About You

You hold strong judgement and the ability to operate in high-pressure, fast‑moving executive environments. You must be proactive and organised, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Having excellent communication and the ability to manage competing priorities will be key to success. You must have high levels of analytic and problem-solving skills, and demonstrated application of discretion, professionalism and organisational awareness.

Experience in providing administrative support to senior executives and developing effective stakeholder relationships, as well as reviewing briefing notes, submissions, and complex communications.

Whilst flexible work arrangements are offered, it is required to be in the office at least 3 days per week due to the core functions of the role.

Current NSW Drivers licence and willingness to drive and travel to perform the role.

Essential Requirements

Demonstrated experience to provide high-quality executive support services in a professional and client focused manner.
