What you'll be doing
As the Executive Support Officer, you'll provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the Oral Health Network Office (OHNO), keeping information, meetings, systems and competing priorities moving efficiently.
Manage information flow, inboxes, correspondence, diary coordination, meetings, agendas and minutes.
Respond to internal and external enquiries, using initiative and sound judgement to triage, resolve and appropriately escalate matters.
Maintain administrative systems and records, including HPRM, HealthRoster, Oracle, ROB and StaffLink, along with payroll updates and processing.
Coordinate events, workshops and office activities while managing competing priorities and tight deadlines.
Build effective relationships with stakeholders and healthcare teams while identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes and customer service.
