Position Available - Full-Time Chef de Partie - $79,371 salary + Super + Generous Tips + Bonuses

Your Day-to-Day Will Include

•
Running your section and consistently preparing and presenting dishes to Palermo’s standards

•
Working with premium Australian produce and developing your skills in Argentinian and fire-based cooking

•
Working closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver smooth, organised and high-quality services

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or an experienced Demi Chef ready to take the next step

•
Strong cooking fundamentals with the ability to confidently manage your own section during busy services

•
A passion for quality produce, consistency and learning new techniques, with experience cooking over fire highly regarded
