About the Role:
With over 2500 Small Business customers in APAC and a dedicated team on this specific area, Aircall ambitions to keep growing fast within the APAC region.
We are seeking a highly motivated new graduate interested in starting a career in sales to join our Sydney team
As a High Velocity Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience speaking with extra small prospective customers who have shown interest in Aircall. You'll meet with them to discover more about their requirements, put together a plan to solve their challenges using Aircall's products and taking them through to contract negotiation and onboarding.
This role will provide valuable insights into the inbound sales process of a modern AI company, customer relationship management and market research within the SaaS industry. This role offers an excellent learning opportunity to develop consultative sales skills and grow professionally for individuals interested in starting a career in sales.

This is a full time role Monday-Friday, as well as an onsite role based in Sydney, with an expectation of 3 days a week in office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Account Executives (AE) of the APAC Market to manage prospects from qualified inbound lead to closing.
- Participate in, observe or run sales calls to gain practical knowledge about the sales process and customer interactions.
- Manage customer projects during their trial period, negotiate custom offers and close deals.
- Support the team in positioning and articulating the Aircall value proposition to small businesses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.
Qualifications:
- English (spoken and written) must be flawless when communicating with clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Experience in a customer facing role (sales, support or hospitality) especially in the technology sector is a plus.
