Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
Design and create innovative, seasonal menus that align with our restaurant's vision and quality standards.
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain the highest standards of taste and quality.
Manage inventory, ordering, rostering, and controlling food costs to maximize profitability.
Maintain a clean, organized kitchen in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Train, mentor, and motivate junior chefs and kitchen staff to develop their skills.
Ensure consistency and excellence in all dishes served.
Collaborate with management to optimize kitchen processes and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Exceptional culinary creativity and a deep understanding of modern food trends.
Extensive knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
Passion for food, with a commitment to delivering the best possible dining experience.
Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
