Job Description

As an Office Administration Assistant, you will provide administrative support and be a key point of contact ensuring efficient daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support to the business.
Act as the first point of contact, efficiently handling phone enquiries, email correspondence, mail distribution and courier arrangements.
Coordinate office maintenance and work with suppliers and contractors as needed.
Coordinate meetings, calendars, travel arrangements, and accommodation bookings while processing purchase orders, invoices and expense claims.
Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiencies.

About You:

Previous experience in an administrative, office support, receptionist, or customer service role.
Experience managing multiple tasks and competing priorities across multiple departments and leaders.
Experience providing professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Certificate III or IV in Business Administration, Office Administration, Business Support, or a related field
