Description

The Centre for Women & Co is seeking an Administration Support Worker for our Cleveland office. This position plays a key role in supporting the Therapeutic team to deliver counselling services to women and children in Redland. The Administration Support Worker is responsible for the provision of all administrative support and office management for the site, as well as supporting the Reception team with phone call management and broader teams when required. Salary and Benefits

SCHADS Level 2.1 ($36.22 p/h) | Full-Time (38 Hours Per Week)
Fixed term contract until 29 January 2027
Salary Packaging up to $15,900 (superannuation can be paid in addition to this, subject to any ATO limit if any).

Selection Criteria:

Experience working in an administrative support position or similar.
Ability to work in a community-based organisation, to participate in a collaborative and supportive manner, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to liaise and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
Sound organisational, analytical and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal skills, including demonstrated ability to write and present clearly and concisely for other professionals and clients.

Note: it is a requirement of the role that successful applicant holds a current Working with Children Blue Card and QLD Driver’s Licence for the duration of employment.
