ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll be joining a collaborative team of two, based in our beautiful office in Fortitude Valley. As a Corporate Receptionist, you will be the first point of introduction and contact for our clients, visitors, and stakeholders. You’ll help shape their experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office, while also working closely with various departments to provide support across the business.
The day-to-day duties of this role will include:
- Providing a warm and professional welcome to clients, visitors and stakeholders.
- Managing incoming calls, emails and enquiries, ensuring they are efficiently directed to the appropriate team members.
- Ensuring the office remains organised, presentable and fully stocked at all times.
- Coordinating key office operations, including mailing, courier services, company pool vehicle bookings and meeting room scheduling.
- Supporting the Mosaic Directors with ad hoc administrative and Personal Assistant duties.
- Providing administrative and operational support to various departments across the business as required.

- Strong passion for customer service.
- Confident in communicating effectively to a broad audience.
- Strong attention to detail.

- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to lend a hand wherever needed.
- Demonstrated contribution to positive team dynamics.
- Demonstrated experience working as a Receptionist.
- Exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships across all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
- A keen eye for detail and high accuracy in all tasks, and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver’s licence
