About Sphinx Adonis Events

Sphinx Adonis Events is an international event management company delivering ceremonial projects, exhibitions, conferences and corporate events across Asia, Europe, North America, and the Middle East. We work with multinational corporations, government agencies, industry associations, and leading global brands to create impactful event experiences.

As we continue to expand our operations into Australia, we are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual who is eager to build a career in event sales and operations.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone starting their career in the events industry. You will gain hands-on experience across both business development and event operations, working closely with our regional and international teams.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

Identify and research prospective clients and business opportunities.
Generate new sales leads through market research, networking, and outreach.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client quotations.
Maintain and update client database and sales pipelines.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Support the team during client meetings and presentations.

Event Operations Support:

Support senior team members in planning and delivering client events
Assist with coordination of vendors, venues, and suppliers
Support preparation of event materials and logistics
Assist during on-site event and exhibition operations as required

Client & Team Coordination:

Communicate with clients under guidance of senior team members
Coordinate internally with sales, marketing, and operations teams
Support post-event follow-ups and reporting

What We're Looking For

Graduate or early-career professional (0–2 years experience)
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Events, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, proactive, and eager to learn.
Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness to travel locally and occasionally internationally for events when required.
