Hiring: Personal Trainer | Cambridge

Zero Rent. Warm Leads. Weekly Mentoring.

Casual personal training role in Cambridge, TAS, starting immediately. $40.17 to $55/hr plus super plus commission, rate based on ongoing client hours. Climb to 20 to 30+ paid hours each week.

Here Is Your Average Week

You show up to your sessions. Your bookings are already confirmed by your assistant. Notes from the last session are waiting before the client walks in. Your mentor helped you close five new clients onto ongoing packages this month. Your hours are climbing, your rate is climbing, and you have not spent a dollar of your own money to make it happen.

That is genuinely the role.

The One Condition

None, really. Just a bar to clear. This fits if you are:

Coachable. You take feedback without making excuses or getting defensive.
Driven. You are building a career here, not killing time between jobs.
Accountable. You own your mistakes, fix them, and do not blame the gym, the client or the weather.
If that is not you, this will not work, and that is fine. We are looking for coaches who want to actually coach.

Who Fits This Role

First Aid, CPR and Working With Children Check in place
Strength coaching for everyday people, not just athletes
Ready to build something that lasts
Cert III/IV qualified, or nearly there

Across Melbourne and Sydney we have set up 20+ trainers in 20+ clubs with no rent and no solo grind. We run the sales, marketing, admin and lead generation so you can run the coaching. More paid hours, better clients, far less noise.
