Likeminds Studio— Sydney

Likeminds is looking for a creative and highly organised Content Creator & Social Media Strategist to manage content across brands we align with.

This is a hands-on role combining content creation, social strategy and day-to-day posting. You will work exclusively across Likeminds and our engaged brands, spanning hospitality, hotels, design, property, lifestyle and events.

THE ROLE

You will be responsible for developing and delivering social content across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.

The role includes:

Developing social media strategies and content plans

Creating weekly and monthly content calendars

Shooting and editing short-form video and photography

Writing captions, hooks and social copy

Scheduling and publishing content across all platforms

Creating Reels, Stories and TikTok content

Attending events, openings, shoots and project moments to capture content

Identifying relevant trends, formats and cultural opportunities

Managing community engagement where required

Reviewing performance and providing simple monthly insights

Maintaining consistency across the tone and visual identity of each brand

Equipment Requirements

Must have own professional content creation equipment, including camera, lenses and/or high-quality video equipment.
Own laptop and editing setup/software.
Equipment suitable for shooting interiors, architecture, people and behind-the-scenes content.
Ability to capture high-quality photo, video and audio content both in-studio and on location.
Comfortable shooting quick-turnaround social content on iPhone/mobile when appropriate.
Must be able to independently shoot, edit and deliver finished content.

We are looking for someone who understands both brand and culture, with a strong visual eye and an instinct for what makes people stop scrolling.

You should be confident creating content yourself rather than simply briefing others.

You will ideally have:

Experience creating social content for brands

Strong Instagram and TikTok knowledge

Short-form video shooting and editing skills

Strong writing and communication skills

Experience managing multiple brands or accounts

Confidence using platforms such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe and Meta Business Suite

An interest in design, hospitality, food, travel, fashion, property or culture

Most importantly, you are proactive, fast-moving and able to recognise a great content opportunity when you see one.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You will work closely with the Likeminds creative team and have direct access to projects from concept through to launch.

We are looking for someone who can help make our brands feel relevant, distinctive, visually strong and culturally connected across social media.

Sydney based.
