We are a lash & beauty salon based in Sydney CBD looking for a creative and motivated Social Media & Content Creator to help develop and grow our social media presence.
This is a flexible ongoing role combining in-salon content creation with remote planning and editing. You must be based in Sydney and available to regularly visit our salon in Sydney CBD.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop creative content ideas for Instagram and TikTok
- Plan and organise social media content
- Visit our Sydney CBD salon to capture and create content
- Create and edit Reels and short-form videos
- Edit photos and videos from model shoots, treatments and salon content
- Turn existing footage into engaging social media content
- Stay up to date with current social media trends and identify relevant content opportunities
- Help maintain a consistent visual style and brand identity across our social media
- Plan content around services, promotions, launches and campaigns
About You
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Reels and current social media trends
- Confident in photo and short-form video editing
- Strong creative eye and understanding of aesthetics and branding
- Able to come up with original content ideas and bring them to life
- Reliable, responsible and punctual
- Organised and able to manage your time and meet deadlines
- Able to work independently and take ownership of your work
- Good communication skills
- Professional and respectful when working around staff, clients and models
Previous professional experience is not essential. We’re more interested in your creativity, understanding of social media and the quality of your work.
Experience or an interest in beauty, fashion, lifestyle or similar industries would be a bonus.

Pay: From $33.00 per hour
