As Ksubi continues to grow globally, we’re looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist to help shape how the brand shows up across social, bringing a strong point of view, cultural awareness and an instinct for what makes great content.
You’ll own Ksubi’s day-to-day social rhythm, translating campaigns, product, talent and cultural moments into content that feels relevant, distinctive and native to each platform. From concepting, filming and editing through to publishing and community engagement, you’ll play a key role in building Ksubi’s global social presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and emerging platforms.

Own Ksubi’s day-to-day global social rhythm and keep the content calendar moving across channels

Concept, capture, edit and publish social-first content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and emerging platforms

Translate campaigns, product launches, talent moments and cultural opportunities into compelling social storytelling

Capture reactive, behind-the-scenes and real-time content across shoots, fittings, events, store openings, activations and other brand moments
-
Own daily community engagement across comments, DMs, mentions, tags and customer content, building genuine connection with Ksubi’s audience

Keep a constant pulse on fashion, music, art, streetwear and internet culture, identifying trends, formats and conversations Ksubi can authentically be part of

Identify emerging creators, talent, content and cultural opportunities that could make sense for Ksubi

Track what’s performing across social and use insights, social listening and testing to continually sharpen content and grow engagement

Work closely with Marketing, Creative and Digital to bring campaigns, launches and brand moments to life across social
-
Help maintain a strong, distinctive and consistent Ksubi identity across our global social channels

3+ years’ experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing, ideally within fashion, lifestyle or a creatively led brand
-
Demonstrated experience managing social channels and growing audiences and engagement
-
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and emerging social trends
-
Confidence concepting, filming, photographing and editing short-form, social-first content
-
Strong copywriting skills and the ability to write in a distinctive brand voice
-
Experience with content calendars, community management and social performance reporting
-
Proficiency across tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar

A strong understanding of fashion, music, streetwear and contemporary culture

A creative, culturally curious mindset with the confidence to work independently and move quickly
