The Opportunity

Kirin Health Science International (KHSI) is embarking on an ambitious transformation journey to bring together the combined strengths of Kirin, FANCL, Blackmores and future brands to create science-led, consumer-centric preventative health solutions. The Program Coordinator provides high-quality operational support to enable efficient program delivery. It is a hands-on, administrative support role, focussing on program coordination, document ownership, meeting coordination and stakeholder engagement, travel and logistics.

This role will suit a highly organised, hands-on individual who thrives in complex environments, enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity, and can confidently engage stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.

This is a 12 month contract based in Surry Hills, NSW.

What you’ll be doing:

Coordinate day-to-day program operations, ensuring governance frameworks, tools and standards are consistently applied.
Manage program meetings and workshops, including scheduling, logistics, agenda preparation, documentation and action tracking.
Maintain and govern SharePoint and document repositories, ensuring accurate version control and easy access to program materials.
Prepare presentations, governance packs, leadership updates and program communications.
Coordinate onboarding activities for new team members, contractors and delivery partners.
Manage travel, accommodation and logistics for project teams, workshops and program events.
Experience in a Project Coordinator, Program Coordinator, PMO Analyst or Project Support role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills.
Confidence engaging with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Teams and project collaboration tools.
Experience supporting complex transformation or enterprise-wide programs is highly regarded.

What You'll Bring

Experience in a Project Coordinator, Program Coordinator, PMO Analyst or Project Support role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills.
Confidence engaging with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Teams and project collaboration tools.
