We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Perth CBD.

As an Office Administrator you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the office, including facilities coordination, travel administration, procurement support, stock maintenance, assisting with onboarding, and general administrative tasks.

This role within the Procurement team offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and expand your expertise.

Responsibilities will include:

Coordinate day-to-day office administration activities to support a smooth and well-organised workplace environment.
Manage bookings for meeting rooms & company vehicles and support
Event support and setup including room preparation, catering coordination, and required materials.
Manage travel requests for crew, including quoting, booking, approvals, itinerary changes, and follow-ups with travel providers.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier bookings, and parcel deliveries, ensuring accurate cost centre allocation.
Maintain stock and assisting with new employee packs. Order and distribute office supplies, coffee, ergonomic equipment, and merchandise.
Assist with invoice loading and reconciliation for procurement activities and support month-end processes by providing required information and documentation.
Oversee general office tidiness, including dishwasher loading, restock kitchens and stationery, clean coffee machines, and maintain meeting rooms.

What you’ll bring to the table:

Previous experience in an administration or office support role.
Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.

The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems and technologies.
A proactive approach, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and follow established processes.
The ability to obtain a National Police Check.
