Working closely with Maintenance administration team leader, engineers, maintenance planners, managers, contractors, and operational personnel, you will support Omni's aircraft fleet through effective management of technical records, maintenance planning documentation, and compliance activities.
Assist in the stores with ordering, receiving, booking in and all stores operations when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate aircraft technical records, logbooks and maintenance documentation in line with regulatory and client requirements.

Monitor aviation legislation, airworthiness standards and industry best practice to support ongoing compliance across Omni aircraft operations.

Work closely with Maintenance administration team leader, engineering and maintenance teams to support maintenance planning, work package development and delivery of aircraft maintenance services.

Support aircraft trend and condition monitoring, including assisting with defect investigation, reporting and related follow-up actions.

As we are a Pilatus Service Centre, support warranty portals with OEMs, Honeywell, Pilatus, Pratt & Whitney and others.

Support the stores officer as required, including assisting with stores administration, inventory-related tasks and coordination of materials or parts where needed.

Essential Requirements
The below key requirements are required to be demonstrated by all employees to Omni.
- Be an Australian Citizen

Three years technical records experience

Hold and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance
- Have excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
In addition, this role will require:
- Knowledge of aviation industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Experience with Aerotrack database or similar aviation maintenance programs.
- High level of attention to detail.

Proven ability in collaborating with colleagues in remote locations and fostering positive relationships.

Previous experience working as part of multi-disciplinary teams.
- Competence in the Microsoft Office Suite of applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
