About this role
As a Guest Services / Housekeeping Team Member, you will be an integral part of our small, close-knit team, helping to deliver exceptional service and maintain the high standards our guests expect. This is a varied, hands-on role that combines reception and housekeeping duties, with no two days the same. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with reservations and enquiries, preparing and servicing guest rooms, maintaining public areas, and supporting the overall operation of the hotel. We are looking for someone who is reliable, adaptable, takes pride in their work, and enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
About you
We are looking to attract the top 5%, the naturally driven and self-motivated with ambition and goals, people who are fearless in the disciplined hard work and sacrifices required to succeed. This is not a clock-in-and-out culture; we are building something special. That requires special people.
We are reimagining these businesses from the ground up, which means the only constant is fast-paced change.
Therefore, you must be highly adaptable to change and thrive in an environment that is in a hurry to get things done.
Our commitment to continuous improvement means you must be highly resilient and able to take on feedback without being defensive. Most people don’t like feedback, but those of us who embrace it realise it’s the foundation of personal growth and mastery.
If you view your job as a vocation and not just a job, this might be the place for you.
