Skills and Competencies

2 to 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role
Strong skills in lead generation and sales conversations, including cold emails, cold calls, prospecting, and effectively nurturing lead
Demonstrated ability to qualify opportunities, handle objections, and progress deals efficiently
Results-driven and motivated to exceed measurable goals, with experience working under commission-based targets and KPIs
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong multitasking and prioritization abilities required to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use

Education

Bachelors’ degree in finance, economics or a related area is required

Responsibilities

Drive sales pipeline growth by executing targeted SDR activities, including outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up
Conduct research to identify and prioritize key target personas; gather and organize contact information for outreach
Lead cold-calling campaigns to engage prospects, nurture warm leads, and qualify new sales opportunities
Follow up on leads generated by marketing and events, converting them into qualified opportunities
Partner with sales teams to develop strategies for pipeline generation and align outreach efforts with business goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deal progression and ensure seamless communication across the sales organization
Use CRM tools to track, analyze, and report on sales development activities, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
Stay adaptable and leverage a variety of sales tools to optimize your productivity and outreach efforts
