Applications are sought for the following position:

Administration Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our Student Services team at our Reedy Creek Campus.

Key Duties:

Managing incoming phone calls and general enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
Greeting and assisting students, parents, and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of the College
Responding to routine enquiries from families and staff, and appropriately escalating more complex matters
Supporting student administration, including attendance processes, student sign‑ins/outs, and basic welfare support
Maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems
Preparing correspondence, forms, and routine documentation as required
Supporting the campus leadership team and teaching staff with general administrative tasks
Assisting with day‑to‑day office operations to ensure the smooth running of the campus

To be successful for this role you will have:

Minimum 2 years previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (experience in a similar role will be highly regarded)
Current Working with Children's Check
Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Excellent time management skills
Intermediate to Advanced MSOffice skills, particularly Word and Excel
Team player attitude with a strong work ethic and genuine desire to help!

This is role is Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm,TERM TIME position.

Your curriculum vitae should include details for;

at least 2 recent professional referees
at least 1 referee who can attest to your suitability to work within the values and culture of an expanding Christian school (preferably from a pastor or minister).

King’s LOGAN VILLAGE CAMPUS (in south-west Logan) currently has over 1000 students on-site, offering places for students from Early Learning through to High School.
