We’re looking for a proactive and organised
Administration Officer to support the Community Services - South sites of
Trinity Community Services at Bundall and
Keystone Centre at Woodridge.
Location: Either be Bundall or Woodridge with reasonable expectation to travel between sites
Employment Type: Contract | Full-Time position until 30 Jan,2027 | Mon - Fri, 8am - 4pm
Remuneration: $36.95 - $40.31 ph + Super + Salary Packaging + Access to staff discounts & benefits
What You’ll Do:
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting our services to deliver exceptional care. In this position, you will collaborate with the Community Services south leadership team, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate the efficient delivery of services. The successful candidate will provide administrative support across multiple locations, with flexibility in base location & travel between our Trinity & Keystone sites.
- Provide high-quality customer service to residents, families, and visitors.
- Manage administrative tasks including reporting, scheduling, and documentation.
- Ensuring accurate handling of confidential and sensitive information.
- Maintain records and assist with staff coordination and communication.
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous administration experience, ideally in disability services.
- Strong organisation and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- NDIS Worker Screening clearance and/or valid Police Check.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
