Join Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service & Partnerships as an AO4 Administration Officer (Finance) and play a key role in supporting the financial management and business operations of South East Queensland Region. Working closely with the Regional Support Officer, you'll coordinate monthly budget reporting, financial reconciliations, budget adjustments, annual budget planning, asset stocktakes and SAP financial transactions to ensure accurate, compliant financial management.
Beyond finance, you'll contribute to regional business projects, procurement and purchasing activities, telecommunications management, SharePoint administration, records management and broader corporate support across the region.

The regional Business Support Team supports provides critical corporate, financial and administrative support to the Regional Director and regional operations. The team consists of an AO6 Regional Support Officer, an AO4 Administration Officer (Finance), an AO4 Human Resource Administration Officer and two AO3 Administration Officers.
As the AO4 Administration Officer (Finance), you will play a pivotal role in supporting the region's financial management, governance and business operations.
Working closely with the Regional Support Officer, you will coordinate monthly budget reporting, financial reconciliations, budget adjustments and contribute to the annual budget development process. You will oversee holding account reconciliations, asset stocktakes and electronic financial transactions using SAP, ensuring financial information is accurate, timely and compliant.
