Full Job Description

Mantra Circle on Cavill, located in the iconic Surfers Paradise precinct and a short walk from the light rail, provides panoramic views of the Gold Coasts’ renowned beaches and hinterland. This dual tower hotel is comprised of one, two & three bedroom apartments, two lagoon pools and a 12 seat cinema. In your spare time experience all the Gold Coast has to offer, whether you enjoy the vibrant night life, retail therapy or prefer the adrenaline rush of water sports there is unlimited opportunities!

Purpose
As the Front Office Supervisor, your responsibility is to craft unforgettable experiences throughout the guest journey, from check-in to check-out. Your leadership will inspire and guide your Front Office team, ensuring the hotel operates seamlessly.

Primary Responsibilities

Take the helm and guide the front office’s day-to-day operations with expertise
Lead the Front Office Team like a mentor, nurturing growth and skill-building in a supportive atmosphere
Collaborate with guests, extending a helping hand to find solutions for any challenges that may arise
Contribute to roster planning and preparation
Embrace authenticity and let your unique self-shine in every shift

Skills and Experience

A background in Hotel Operations, ideal for someone eager to take the next stride towards a leadership position
Proficiency in using reservation and property management systems is a plus
Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure, fuelled by epic organisational and time management skills
Masterful in the art of communication, both written and spoken
Capable of embracing a flexible rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
