The Role
Great food, great drinks and great service don't happen by accident. As our Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll lead from the floor, setting the pace for service and helping create the atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be right in the action - supporting the team through busy services, building connections with guests, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be the go-to person during your shift, balancing service delivery with team leadership and helping maintain the high standards we're known for.
Your day-to-day includes:

Leading food and beverage service during busy shifts.
- Supporting, coaching and guiding team members on the floor.
- Delivering friendly, professional service and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Handling guest feedback and resolving issues with confidence and care.
- Sharing recommendations and driving upselling opportunities.
- Assisting with stock control and ensuring service areas are well presented.
- Working closely with Front Office and other teams to create a seamless guest experience.
We're currently looking for someone to join us around three days per week, with the opportunity to pick up full-time hours as we move into our busy summer period.
Who We Are Looking For
You're a hospitality professional who loves being on the floor and leading by example. You know how to create a great guest experience while keeping your team focused, motivated and supported.
You're approachable, organised and confident making decisions in a fast-paced environment. Whether it's handling a guest concern, helping a new team member learn the ropes, or jumping behind the bar during a rush, you're happy to roll up your sleeves and get involved.
To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory role.
- Strong bar, restaurant, café or venue service experience.
- Confidence leading and supporting a team during service.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Sound understanding of cash handling, stock control and day-to-day venue operations.
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
