Classification: ANU Officer 5 (Administration)
Salary package: $89,760 - $97,918 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Terms: Full-time, Continuing
This role will involve a mix of administrative and transactional activity in support of HDR Candidate (students) study programs, as well as front-facing service delivery to stakeholders such as students and staff. You will have the opportunity to work in a range of different areas within a supportive team environment and develop a wide base of skills.
About Us
The Graduate Research School is a newly established unit that brings together the former Graduate Research Office and HDR administrators from across the University. Our remit covers the full HDR candidate lifecycle, from administration and governance through to skills development for HDR candidates, as well as supporting skills development for supervisors.
Our new structure creates genuine opportunities to innovate, streamline processes and improve the quality and consistency of service delivery. We are building a shared culture that values collaboration, learning and continuous improvement, and this role is central to that work.
About you
You will have good analytical and communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to perform tasks consistently and accurately. You will be able to build effective working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders and have a commitment to high-quality service delivery. An interest in running events or improving the student experience will be highly regarded.
