We're on a mission to be a Force For Good, through our People, Products and Purpose at Nuix. Nuix is one of the greatest comeback Technology success stories in Australia, and we're making massive waves each day. Nuix is, and will be, a pioneer in the Australian Technology space, and we're carrying the torch on what "good" looks like.
This extends to our People. We're fiercely passionate, love working at pace, thrive in ambiguity, live, and breathe outside of the box, and above all are good humans. Our impact extends outside of our 9-5, and our place in society isn't always defined by corporate metrics. We're determined to make a positive difference in the world, whether through our solutions which help the top companies, governments and agencies find the truth and combat illegal activities, or through our people who care about contributing and giving back both within, and outside, of Nuix. We are a Force For Good.
We're selective about who comes on board, and you should be too. But if the above sounds like a match, get in touch today and get ready for the possibility of starting a once-in-a-career journey.
Reporting to the General Manager of Product, the Group Product Manager, Data Platform owns the product strategy and roadmap for the capabilities at the heart of Nuix’s platform: data sourcing, processing, review, orchestration, and visualisation. This team turns unstructured, complex data into actionable intelligence for the world’s leading companies, governments, and agencies.
You will build and lead a team of Product Managers that ships at pace in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, working closely with Product Design, Engineering, Architecture, and Commercial teams to accelerate the platform’s evolution and ensure the roadmap directly drives acquisition, activation, and monetisation. You will bring an informed perspective on AI-native practices and partner with senior leaders to ensure the way your teams build and deliver reflects what “great” looks like as AI reshapes how software is built. You’ll work closely with a strong leadership team and peer group, including the Group Product Manager, AI, the Principal Product Manager, Enablement, the GM Engineering, the Head of Delivery, the Chief Customer Officer, and front line leaders across the business.
This position will be based in our Sydney office. The candidate is required to attend the office a minimum of 3 days per week but may voluntarily elect to work either remotely or from the Sydney office for the remaining 2 days of the week.

- Embed modern product management practices (data-driven discovery, continuous delivery, user-centric design, and AI-augmented workflows) across your team.
- Own the end-to-end data journey through the platform: from sourcing and ingestion at scale, through processing, to review, orchestration, and visualisation, ensuring each capability contributes to a coherent end to end experience.
- Partner with the Group Product Manager, AI, to ensure enrichment, AI agents, and other intelligence capabilities are built as a native part of the data platform.
- Drive the modernisation of these core platform assets, ensuring high scalability, data security, and seamless integration across capability boundaries.

- Ensure AI thinking is woven into day-to-day product and development decisions and ways of working.
- Establish and track product success metrics anchored to business outcoes (e.g., acquisition rates, activation depth, monetisation, platform performance, NPS) for the platform.
- Use data to continuously evaluate product performance, inform prioritisation, and justify investment decisions to senior stakeholders.
- Broad and deep experience in Product Management, including defining strategy, leading discovery and developing Product Managers (Group PM, Principal, Lead level).
