What You'll Be Doing

As our Talent & Onboarding Coordinator, you'll sit at the heart of our Talent team, providing end-to-end operational support across talent acquisition and new starter onboarding.

Manage the talent acquisition inbox, draft and issue employment contracts and offer letters, and coordinate background checks to ensure timely, compliant pre-employment processes
Support full-cycle recruitment activity including scheduling interviews, sourcing, screening, and maintaining accurate records across our ATS and HRIS platforms
Coordinate all pre-employment onboarding tasks, liaising with IT, payroll, and hiring leaders to ensure a smooth experience
Administer the employee referral program and exit interview surveys, ensuring data quality and timely, transparent communication with employees

What You'll Bring

1–3 years' experience in HR coordination, recruitment administration, or a similar role
Demonstrated experience generating employment contracts and managing background check processes
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and enterprise-level ATS or HRIS platforms
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities under deadline pressure
Sound understanding of recruitment compliance and employment legislation requirements
High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism when handling sensitive information
