As our Education team continues to grow, we are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Education Administration Officer who is passionate about supporting international students and building a career within Australia's international education industry.

Position Summary

The Education Administration Officer provides administrative support to the Education Counselling team by ensuring student applications, documentation, compliance records and client communications are managed accurately and efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone looking to begin their career within the international education sector.

Key Responsibilities

Student Administration

Prepare and process student applications for Australian education providers.
Collect, verify and maintain student documentation.
Ensure all student records are complete and accurately maintained.
Update CRM and student management systems daily.
Maintain electronic and physical student files.

Client Support

Respond to student enquiries via phone, email and in person.
Book appointments for Education Consultants.
Provide students with application updates.
Assist students with document collection and follow-up.

Provider Liaison

Communicate with universities, colleges and training providers.
Follow up Letters of Offer (LOO), Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) and application outcomes.
Monitor application deadlines and outstanding documents.

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure compliance with the Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Framework.
Maintain confidentiality of student information.
Ensure documentation aligns with internal quality standards.
Support education compliance audits when required.

Administrative Support

Prepare reports for management.
Assist with reception duties when required.
Coordinate student appointments.
Support education events and information sessions.
Perform general office administration.
