Chef de Partie - Mollymook Golf Club

Location: Mollymook, NSW

Salary: $76,000- $81,000

Super: 12%

Work Type: Full-Time 38 hours per week

About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Chef to join our culinary team.
You’ll work in a professional, fast-paced kitchen that values teamwork, creativity, and high-quality food presentation.
These positions offer the opportunity to contribute to the Club’s busy food operations, from daily service to functions and events.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and allergen management practices are followed at all times
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences
Assist in menu preparation, stock control, and maintaining a clean, organised work area
Support a positive, professional kitchen culture built on respect and teamwork

What You’ll Bring

Food handling certification (mandatory)
Trade qualification
Strong understanding of food safety standards and SafeWork NSW requirements
Ability to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
Reliability, teamwork, and the ability to perform under pressure
