The Clean Collective Co is a growing cleaning company servicing the Shoalhaven region. We specialise in luxury holiday homes, Airbnb turnovers, residential cleaning and commercial cleaning, with a strong focus on exceptional quality, professionalism and reliability.
We're looking for experienced, motivated cleaning subcontractors who take pride in their work and want to be part of a supportive, growing team.
About the Role
As a subcontractor, you'll complete a variety of cleaning services including:
- Holiday home & Airbnb turnovers
- Residential cleaning
- Commercial cleaning
- End of lease cleans
- Deep cleans
- Optional add-on services including ovens, BBQs, fridges and consumable restocking
Work is offered based on your availability, allowing you to enjoy genuine flexibility while building your workload with us.

Earn $34–$42 per hour through our performance-based tier system. We recognise and reward quality workmanship, reliability and professionalism, with opportunities to progress through our pay tiers as you grow with The Clean Collective Co.
Requirements
To join our team, you'll need:
- Current ABN
- Public Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- Smartphone with internet access
- Your own cleaning equipment and products
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Professional cleaning experience is highly regarded.
