About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Chef to join our culinary team.
You’ll work in a professional, fast-paced kitchen that values teamwork, creativity, and high-quality food presentation.
These positions offer the opportunity to contribute to the Club’s busy food operations, from daily service to functions and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and allergen management practices are followed at all times
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences
- Assist in menu preparation, stock control, and maintaining a clean, organised work area
- Support a positive, professional kitchen culture built on respect and teamwork
What You’ll Bring
- Food handling certification (mandatory)
- Trade qualification
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and SafeWork NSW requirements
- Ability to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
- Reliability, teamwork, and the ability to perform under pressure
