Customer Care Executive – Brisbane

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role sits at the centre of how Mosaic represents its brand, guides customers through one of life’s most significant milestones, and ensures every interaction reflects the quality and care we stand for.

As a Customer Experience Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the team to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience across the entire customer journey. With a strong focus on service and communication, this role is responsible for supporting all aspects of the customer journey, including pre-settlement engagement, settlement coordination, handover management, and post-settlement care — encompassing defect rectification and ongoing assistance throughout the DLP.

As a representative of Mosaic, you will personally guide customers through their journey, creating confidence, clarity, and a sense of care at every stage. Your ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and deliver a seamless experience will directly contribute to how our brand is experienced and remembered.

Ultimately, this role plays a critical part in fostering lasting relationships and consistently delivering an experience that reflects the company’s long-term commitment to its customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relations & Handover Coordination: Deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience from pre-settlement through to handover and post-move-in. Conduct inspections, manage defect logging, coordinate move-ins, and ensure apartments and common areas are fully prepared to Mosaic’s standards.
Client Communication & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for purchasers, providing timely updates, managing expectations, resolving concerns, and maintaining strong relationships throughout the settlement journey and beyond.
Settlement & Handover Management: Oversee readiness checks, documentation, access distribution, and handover day coordination to ensure a professional and efficient settlement process.
Quality Assurance & Defect Management: Identify, document, and coordinate resolution of defects, working closely with internal teams to ensure quality standards are met during pre- and post-handover stages.
Post-Completion Care: Deliver proactive customer follow-ups, ongoing support during the Defects Liability Period, and long-term engagement to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Process Improvement & Customer Experience: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing handover processes, systems, and overall customer experience.
General Support & Compliance: Assist with broader customer care activities and ensure adherence to established processes, procedures, and quality standards.
