About Our Collinswood Centre
Our two-storey, purpose-built Collinswood centre is thoughtfully designed to inspire curiosity, connection, and learning. The environment includes:

Your Role as Centre Director
As our Collinswood Director, you will:

Lead, mentor, and inspire a passionate and diverse team

Oversee centre operations, compliance, and continuous improvement

Champion high-quality education aligned with Montessori philosophy and the EYLF

What You’ll Bring

Proven leadership experience in early childhood education
-
Hold a minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA assessed equivalent)
-
A current Working with Children Card, First Aid Certificate, Mandatory Reporting and any other required certifications (or be willing to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of the NQF, EYLF, and regulatory requirements

A genuine passion for people leadership and team development

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

A commitment to quality education, inclusion, and continuous improvement
