Due to ongoing growth and increased staff needs across Adelaide’s Eastern, Western, Northern, and Southern suburbs, we are seeking reliable and committed Qualified Home & Community Aged Care Workers with exceptional customer service skills to support our aged care customers in their homes.
We are looking for support workers who can:
- Commit to regular, ongoing shifts and build consistent relationships with customers
- Be reliable and dependable, showing up as a trusted support person
- Balance flexibility with a strong sense of responsibility and follow-through
- A current driver’s licence
- Your own registered, insured vehicle (less than 20 yrs old)
- Roadworthy Vehicle Test (conducted at your cost before starting – mandatory)
- First Aid & CPR
- Personal care (assisting with dressing, showering, and grooming)
- Medication assistance
- Planning and preparing meals
- Encouraging and facilitating social engagement
- Light domestic duties (vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms)
- Contributing to tailored support plans
- A genuine passion for caring for others
- Strong time management and reliability
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Certificate III in Individual Support/Community Services or currently studying Social Work (or equivalent)
- Previous aged care/community care experience (advantageous)
