Tenure Permanent teaching position with five (5) year POR contract
Employment Status Teaching position – 0.2 teaching load (1.0 FTE)

Key Relationships
This position reports to the Deputy Principal and liaises with other
senior management staff as required and is a member of the School
Management Group.
Position Objective
The Head of School Logistics ensures the smooth administration of school calendars, examinations, testing
programs and associated systems, supporting compliance, communication and continuous improvement.
They are responsible for the production and ongoing maintenance of the Preparatory and Senior School
timetables, ensuring curriculum decisions are operationalised efficiently and strategically.
Key Responsibilities of the Head of School Logistics role:
1. Logistics and School Calendar
a) Provide expert support to ensure appropriate connectivity and interplay with School systems that
extract information from the timetable and other systems to produce:
- Creation, publication and maintenance of the Westminster annual School calendar
- Senior and Preparatory School meetings calendar
- Senior and preparatory School staff yard duty rosters
- Manage the school calendar and coordinate various sub-school functions in an effective
and efficient manner that is responsive to School requirements, including but not limited
to information evenings, ceremonies, assemblies, special functions, carnivals and photo
days.
b) Manage programming, room allocation, preparation/set up and the invigilation of all Senior School
Examinations.
- SACE Examination timetables and supervision rosters.
