Full Job Description

Melbourne Coffee Culture is currently seeking an experienced Barista to join our café in Broadbeach.

If you have a passion for great coffee, enjoy working in a busy café environment, and love providing outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Duties:

Prepare specialty coffee and other beverages to a high standard
Deliver friendly and professional customer service
Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the café
Ensure consistency in drink quality and presentation
Assist with general café operations as required

About You:

Previous barista experience is essential
Confident operating commercial coffee equipment
Able to work efficiently during busy service periods
Friendly, reliable, and well-presented
Strong teamwork and communication skills
