Melbourne Coffee Culture is currently seeking an experienced Barista to join our café in Broadbeach.

Key Duties:
- Prepare specialty coffee and other beverages to a high standard
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the café
- Ensure consistency in drink quality and presentation
- Assist with general café operations as required
About You:
- Previous barista experience is essential
- Confident operating commercial coffee equipment
- Able to work efficiently during busy service periods
- Friendly, reliable, and well-presented
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
