Are you passionate about connecting people with opportunities?

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join Brandbank and support our annual Christmas Casual recruitment campaign across all of our retail brands.

As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you’ll play an integral role in helping us recruit and onboard our Christmas Casual workforce across Seed Heritage, Unison, Commonry, kikki.K & Allkinds. This is a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment role where you’ll manage candidates through the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening through to interview coordination and offers.

If you’re organised, energetic and enjoy working in a high-volume recruitment environment, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a leading fashion and lifestyle retail group.

Please note: This is a Full Time, 3-month fixed-term contract role

THE ROLE:

Support the end-to-end recruitment of Christmas Casuals across all Brandbank retail brands, including high-volume sourcing, screening and candidate engagement.
Partner with Retail State Teams and Hiring Managers to understand recruitment requirements and deliver against seasonal hiring targets.
Write and post job advertisements and proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, SEEK Talent Search, talent pools and other channels.
Screen applications, conduct initial candidate assessments and progress suitable candidates through the recruitment process.
Coordinate interviews, manage diaries and ensure a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
Provide a high standard of candidate care through clear, timely and engaging communication.
Manage high-volume recruitment administration, ensuring candidate information and ATS records are accurate and up to date.
Track recruitment activity, provide regular updates and contribute to reporting against Christmas Casual hiring targets.
Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Work collaboratively with the wider Talent Acquisition team to ensure we meet seasonal recruitment deadlines.
On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Minimum 12 months’ experience in recruitment and/or store management within the retail industry.
Strong understanding of retail recruitment practices, including bulk hiring (highly regarded).
Passion for delivering exceptional candidate care and a high-quality recruitment experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders.
Familiarity with online advertising platforms and talent sourcing channels.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred, but not essential.
Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
Solid computer skills across Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent in Human Resources or Business Management (highly regarded).
