About the Role

The Head of Demand Generation is responsible for leading UKG's demand generation strategy and strengthen alignment between Marketing, Sales and Business Development.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing APAC, this role leads a team responsible driving net new pipeline across Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB segments.

The ideal candidate is a senior data-driven marketer who is driven to hit targets and work collaboratively and creatively to drive success.

Primary Responsibilities

Demand Generation Strategy

Develop and execute the APAC marketing strategy supporting Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB net new growth across APAC.
Build integrated marketing plans that drive pipeline generation, bookings, and revenue contribution.

Integrated Demand Generation

Design, execute and optimise integrated demand generation campaigns across digital, social, webinars, events, email and account-based marketing (ABX).
Build nurture programs that improve lead conversion and accelerate pipeline progression.

Sales Partnership

Partner closely with regional Sales and Business Development leaders to develop target account strategies, customer segmentation, and integrated pipeline generation programs.
Collaborate with BDR teams on campaign execution, lead follow-up, and pipeline acceleration.

Corporate Marketing Alignment

Partner with Corporate Global Marketing to align regional execution for product launches
Adapt global campaigns to regional market dynamics while maintaining brand consistency.
Share regional insights to influence future corporate marketing investments.

People Leadership

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing demand generation team currently consisting of 2 marketing managers.
Foster a culture of accountability, experimentation, innovation, and data-driven decision making.

Experience

8+ years of progressive B2B SaaS demand generation experience
Proven success partnering with Sales organisations to drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes
