About the Role:
We’re looking for a commercially minded Marketing Specialist to lead the end-to-end marketing execution for the Bushranger 4x4 Gear portfolio. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering product marketing, digital performance, ecommerce optimisation, and customer engagement across multiple channels.
Reporting to the General Manager – Kingsley Enterprises, and working closely with the broader ARB marketing team, you will play a key role in executing marketing strategy, supporting product launches, and driving growth across both Australian and international markets.
This is an exciting opportunity for a digitally savvy marketer to take ownership of a brand’s online presence, combining product marketing with deep capability across ecommerce, email and social media.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end product marketing and campaign execution across multiple channels
- Manage and optimise Shopify/WordPress ecommerce websites, including product launches, content and conversion improvements
- Execute email marketing programs (preferably Klaviyo), including campaigns, automation and customer journeys
- Own and manage social media platforms, including content creation, publishing and community engagement
- Monitor and analyse digital performance (web, ecommerce, email), using insights to improve engagement and conversion
- Collaborate with product, brand and sales teams to align marketing activity with business objectives
About You:
- 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing, ecommerce or marketing roles
- Hands-on experience managing Shopify or WordPress websites in a commercial environment
- Strong capability across email marketing platforms (ideally Klaviyo), including automation and segmentation
- Proven experience managing social media platforms and content
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, ecommerce, UX/CX and conversion optimisation
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Automotive, 4x4 or technical product experience highly regarded
