This hands-on role is perfect for someone with a great attitude and a willingness to learn. You’ll gain insight into warehouse operations, adapt to varied tasks, and tackle changing priorities. Varied & Interesting roles, small, close-knit team.
No weekends or early mornings - Mon-Fri 8:30 am to 5 pm.
Modern facility based in Truganina with onsite parking.
Modern Toyota MHE fleet – no more clunky old Crowns or standing reach trucks!

Key Responsibilities:

Goods Inwards: Unloading trucks & containers, labelling & putting away stock.
Inventory Management: Cycle counting, batch/expiry management, replenishments.
Order Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack customer orders including full pallet picking, case picking & item picking.
Machine Operation: Utilising specialist measuring & cutting machinery, extruders and more.
Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure product quality.
Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
Documentation: Complete the required paperwork and documentation for shipping and receiving.
Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily and monthly warehouse goals.

About You:

The successful applicant will ideally have:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a warehousing/production environment.
Forklift license and experience operating forklifts (Reach trucks preferred).
RF Scanning Experience.
An understanding of CoR/Mass management responsibilities.
