With a diverse portfolio of bustling dining experience, bistros and entertainment venues, we are currently seeking passionate and motivated Chefs and Cooks across all grades to join our growing teams throughout the group.

About the role

We are recruiting for a variety of kitchen opportunities ranging from Commis Chefs and Cooks through to Chef de Partie, Sous Chefs and senior kitchen professionals.

Working within fast-paced and high-volume kitchens, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food while maintaining strong kitchen standards, organisation and teamwork.

Depending on your experience and grade, your responsibilities may include:

Preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality dishes
Assisting with kitchen operations and service
Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
Managing stock control and ordering
Supporting and mentoring junior kitchen staff
Working collaboratively with Head Chefs and venue management
Contributing to menu development and daily specials

Positions are on a permanent basis, with rosters including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Skills & Experience

Successful candidates will ideally possess:

Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) for Chef positions
At least 1 year or more previous experience in high-volume kitchens, pubs, bistros or restaurants
Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and presentation
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Flexibility to work nights, weekends and public holidays
Passion for hospitality and producing quality food
