Mercedes-Benz Canberra is entering one of the most exciting periods in its history, and we are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join our team.

With a significant product offensive about to begin, including approximately 40 new model releases over the next 24 months, and as we prepare to relocate to our new state-of-the-art dealership in Phillip, there has never been a better time to join the Mercedes-Benz brand and build your career with a dealership focused on growth, innovation, and customer excellence.

About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while guiding clients through every stage of their Mercedes-Benz ownership journey.

You will be responsible for developing long-term customer relationships, identifying opportunities across our vehicle range, and delivering a premium sales experience that reflects the values and standards of the Mercedes-Benz brand.

In this role, you will:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Deliver a personalised, end-to-end sales experience from enquiry through to vehicle delivery
Present and demonstrate the Mercedes-Benz vehicle range with confidence and professionalism
Leverage an exciting pipeline of approximately 40 new model launches over the next two years
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
Manage customer leads, follow-ups, and sales activities through CRM systems
Coordinate seamless vehicle handovers that create memorable customer experiences
Maintain compliance with dealership processes, Mercedes-Benz Australia standards, and regulatory requirements
Work collaboratively with Finance & Insurance, Service, and Delivery teams
Represent Mercedes-Benz Canberra with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm

To be successful, you will have:

Proven experience in automotive sales, with luxury automotive experience highly regarded
Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
A professional and polished communication style
A customer-first approach and commitment to delivering exceptional service
Strong negotiation and closing skills
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Experience using CRM systems and digital sales tools
Excellent organisational and time management skills
A current and valid driver's licence
